Hannah's Field Trip

I took a leave from work last week to go with Hannah on her field trip.  We went to Dinosaurs Island in Clark Pampanga and we both had fun there.  We left the house around 5:45am to make it to the 6:00am call time.  There were 6 buses and we were on bus number 4.  When we got there, most of her classmates are there already. :)  The teachers just asked the kids to go to the bathroom to pee and off we go.
When we arrived, we were asked to assemble near the entrance so they can group us.  Our bus is grouped with bus #1 and each group there was an assigned tour guide to discuss about the dinosaurs.
When we finally entered the facility, Hannah got scared that she doesn’t want her picture taken.  It took a lot of encouragement and cajoling to make her stand near the dinosaurs for pictures.  She finally said yes when she saw some of her classmates having their pictures taken.
The tour was quite fast.  It took us only one hour I think and we got out already.  There was also a “train” ride that’s optional if you would like to have a closer “encounter” with the dinosaurs.  Hannah said she’d like to try it and we were joined by 2 of her classmates.  It was scary for the kids since you felt like the dinosaurs are really going to eat you.  But thankfully they are brave enough not to cry.
After that we had our lunch and it was free time for the kids until it was time to ride the bus again.  We bought lots of souvenirs and even a pasalubong for Lance.  We got home around 3:00pm and Hannah said she had fun at the field trip.  She said she got scared but at first but she had a great time. :)
If you are fond of dinosaurs, you may visit Dinosaurs Island in Pampanga.

Trumpets

One of our pretend plays at home is as if we're members of a  band.  Normally, my daughter will be playing the keyboards, my husband the drums, me on guitars and our son, surprisingly a trumpet. :D  He mention one time that he wants to know how to play the trumpet because it looks cool and funny.  He wishes though that there are cool 1d mouthpiece so that when he plays and blows the trumpet, he will look cool and funny. :D  I don't know where he got those ideas but I'm just glad that both of them show love for music.  Hopefully, both will learn how to play at least one instrument. Daughter's Wish

Whenever we go to church, my daughter tells me that she wants to learn how to play the piano.  She loves to sing and maybe she looks at the choir and sees one of the members play the piano.  My husband and I were thinking of enrolling her so she can learn how to play, and at the same time we're looking for affordable pianos so we can have one at home.  We saw great electric pianos williams allegro online but we don't know yet how much it costs.  Hopefully, we can afford it so we can buy it in time for Christmas. Printers

I have a friend who have been looking for wholesale trade printers for quite some time already for his new business.  He wants to advertise his creations and was thinking of creating a catalog for a start.  He already started making an online catalogue and now he wants a printed catalog too for those who don’t have access online.  Hopefully he’ll find one soon so he can start advertising his business.  I wish him all the luck!

Christmas Wish

Since it’s only a month from now before it’s Christmas again, I am thinking of what to give myself for Christmas. I made a list already for my godchildren, my friends and of course for my family and now I’m thinking of what I want for Christmas. I want so many things but I don’t think I can afford them right now lol! One of the things in my list that I think is possible is an apple macbook pro. But just in case I won’t be able to buy it, I hope my dear husband gets to read this post. Wink wink!

Kirsten's 7th Birthday!

Last month, we attended Kirsten’s Royal 7th Birthday Ball at Valle Verde 5 Clubhouse.  Kids are encouraged to wear gown and thankfully I was able to find one for Hannah.  Her cousin Margo left some of her gowns that she used when she was a flower girl and we just had it repaired.  For Lance, we bought long sleeves for him and they just lend us a vest so he’ll look more formal. :)

Kaekae was so cute wearing her gown and her siblings look great also. It was also great that most of her guests followed the theme that they came in their gowns or looks kingly.

The party was a success and the kids had so much fun!  Happy 7th birthday again Kaekae.

Christmas Gift

I’m trying to make a Christmas list now so that by the time I’ll have money; I know what to buy for my godchildren and for my friends and my family. One of my godson is a teenager and I’m thinking of giving him a G-shock watch. I’ve been having a hard time looking for gifts for teenagers because I don’t know what they want anymore. I hope my budget will fit the price of the watch so we’ll see.
