Breakfast at Manila Pen

We realized that we haven’t used our voucher yet for breakfast at The Lobby and so last Dec 22, we went there with the kids to avail of the free breakfast.  Lance enjoyed it so much that he keeps on saying “it’s a good day for breakfast”.  He loved the bacon, hash brown, and eggs, while Hannah ate bacon, sausage and fruits.  Paul and I enjoyed it too and were glad that the kids loved it.  Lance said that he wants to come back again to eat there and hopefully we can come back soon. :)

Batch Christmas Party

We had our batch Christmas party last Dec 22 in Makati.  Some of our batch mates are diligent enough to organize this and some are generous enough to pledge donations/sponsors so we can all enjoy the party.  Some gave cash while others gave prizes for the games.

I was tasked to host the party and thankfully it went well.  At first we were scared that we cannot make it to the targeted number of attendees but thankfully, 40 came which is our exact target.

It is good to see old and new faces and we really had fun on that day.  Too bad I was not able to join the after party when they transferred to our batch mate’s house.  Paul picked me up to take Lance’s nanny to the airport and we went home after because we are going to Batangas the following day for our family Christmas party.

Anyway, it was really one fun night and I’m looking forward to seeing them again. :)

BSP Christmas Party

After Hannah’s Christmas party in school, we went home to drop her gifts and pick up Lance so we can go to Paul’s office for the Christmas party.  The party was scheduled at 11am, and we got there at 12noon. Thankfully the party hasn’t started yet that we arrived just in time.  We just asked Paul to pick us up at Harrison Plaza.
The kids had a good time too at the party.  They danced and participated in the games and took home prizes and gifts.  We left the office at 4pm and pick up my sis in Makati then we went to BHS to claim some items I bought and to visit the nike store too.  My sister also went to S&R and while she’s there, the kids and I decided to eat at the nearby McDonalds.  It was one long full day that we got home at 10pm already.  The kids were so tired when we got home, thankfully they are already on Christmas break!

Hannah's Christmas Party in School

I took a leave from work today to go with Hannah for her first school Christmas party.  It was actually for kids only but the teachers invited me and another co-parent to stay in the room if we like.  So I was there in the room together another mommy watching them play and have their exchange gifts.  The kids took home lots of gifts after the party.  :)

Christmas Decors

Our office had a contest on which division has the nicest décor according to the province assigned to them.  Baguio was assigned to our division and last Friday, we spent almost the whole day doing the decors.  We decided to decorate our area with flowers representing the flower festival in Baguio.  We also decorated it with pine trees and a replica of Mines View Park.  We used different recycled materials and some crepe papers.  We used scissors, t-nut, paint, water colors, staplers, etc. to make sure that our decors will look good.  Thankfully, our efforts paid off and we got second prize.  :)
