The Tele

I was just watching various music videos in youtube when I had an inclination to watch the duel scene from Crossroads. In the movie, the protagonist was using a blonde Fender Telecaster - a true music icon. Its classic design goes way back to the 50s. It is often said that the Tele – as it is commonly called – revolutionized country, blues, and rock and roll. It is so popular that it is still being produced. A lot of guitar virtuosos have used the Tele at some point in their careers. I still won’t be as good as them if I used a Tele, but to use a classic is still something else.
