Since I can't run for now because of aching knee (I posted this in another blog), I don't really have an exercise for now.  I was thinking of doing yoga since it's an exercise that doesn't require me to run or stress my knees too much.  I am browsing see if this is really for me.  Hopefully I'll be able to find an exercise that will help me not only to lose weight but to move my body as well. J
